Who we are

What you're buying

One purchase gives one person access to the online Citation II Bravo (Model 550) SIC ground training course for 12 months from the date of payment, including study materials, module examinations, the final examination, and a certificate of ground training on successful completion. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Someone else may not take examinations for you.

What this course is not

The course is ground training only. It is not a type rating, does not by itself grant second-in-command privileges, and does not replace the flight training, logbook endorsement, and FAA application required for an SIC pilot type designation under 14 CFR 61.55. Whether an operator or the FAA accepts this training for a particular purpose is their decision. Course material is a study aid. The FAA-approved Airplane Flight Manual, the manufacturer's current publications, and the operator's procedures for the specific airplane govern in every case.

Emergency memory items

Emergency memory items in this course are representative of the Model 550 and are furnished for familiarization only. Immediate-action procedures vary with aircraft serial number, AFM revision, and installed equipment. The instructor or operator conducting your flight training is responsible for furnishing and verifying the memory items for the specific aircraft, and you are responsible for learning those items. You must acknowledge this notice before studying the module; we record the date of your acknowledgment.

Examinations and records

System module exams require 80%, the emergency memory items exam requires 100%, and the final requires 90%. After each attempt you must review every missed item before retesting or completing. We keep a record of each attempt, your answers, and your reviews, and we show a summary of that record to anyone who enters your certificate number on the verification page. We may revoke a certificate obtained through account sharing or other misconduct.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet submitted any examination. After your first examination submission, or once a certificate has been issued, the purchase is non-refundable. To request a refund, email us from the address on your account. A refund ends course access.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, optional FAA certificate number, and your course activity to deliver the course, issue and verify certificates, and support you. We do not sell your information. Payment details are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

Liability

The course is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SAS is not liable for any loss arising from use of the course material in operating an aircraft. Always operate in accordance with the approved AFM and applicable regulations.
